2LBin RETURN POLICY
These are 2LBin.com’s (“Toolbin”, “we” or “our”) Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the 2LBin.com website.
Any 2LBin product may be returned within 30 days with customers receipt of successful delivery and 2LBin will provide full compensation to the customer minus shipping, packaging, possible restocking if required, usage, and any damage.
2LBin warrants its products to be free of defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service, when used for the purposes and under the conditions for which they are intended. Obligation under this Warranty is limited, at Company's option; to adjustment, repair or replacement of the defective product. Purchaser must immediately notify 2LBin in writing of the claimed defect. Company shall have the right to inspect said product and Purchaser shall, if requested, return the defective product to 2LBin, with transportation prepaid. Purchaser shall assume all responsibility and expense for removal, reinstallation, and freight charges in connection with the fore-going remedy. Any alteration of machinery voids all warranties.
Once a return has been approved, received and inspected by 2lbin.com, the customer will receive a refund within 5-10 business days. This refund will be issued in the form accepted for original order.
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
If 2LBin.com no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, 2LBin.com will issue you a refund. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued. If the item was returned beyond 30 days of the original invoice date, a refund at the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price.
While 2LBin.com is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies.
